Fireside Chat: Checklists in Legal Project Management

Here’s another entry in my quick-video fireside chat series, on checklists.

I guess this isn’t a literal fireside chat. After recording the first four of this series of five videos, I took a break and realized it was almost 60 degrees and sunny, a rare January day on Lopez Island. I took the camera out on the lawn for this recording. Rest assured the fireplace (a/k/a my woodstove) was still burning inside, so I don’t consider the spirit of the fireside chat violated.
