Fireside Chat: The Stages of a Project in Legal Project Management

I’ve recorded a series of brief “fireside chats,” complete with fire — well, wood-burning stove — and a sweater.
Here’s the first of them, about the stages of a project in LPM:
I hope you find this format useful. They’re nothing fancy, just me talking into a camera with the fireplace behind me, most done in one take. (This one took two takes, because I bent down near the end to pick up some props and knocked them all over the floor. I figured you didn’t need to watch me retrieve half a dozen golf balls.)
