Your book, which I purchased about a year ago, has been hugely influential for me. My copy is absolutely dog eared. My law firm is growing. We have the best in people, technology, and clients. But something has been missing. A glue to pull it altogether. A method of working. A dicipline. So that’s what I have been trying to develop. Legal Project Management is that discipling. I just made an excellent power point presentation to share with my staff to kick off what I am intending to be a 10 unit series on Legal Project Management. I think the work you are doing is extremely impressive and I thank you for it.
